Core
Policies:

All core charges not paid in full, must be returned within 60 days to receive full credit. Any non-paidcores returned past 60 days will receive partial credit.

All core returns are to be sent freight prepaid (unless otherwise directed by Power Steer Inc. staff) with copy of invoice or RGA number to:

Power Steering Pumps:

Used cores will be accepted for full credit with the following criteria:

• Core credit is given on a same pump exchange basis.
• Pump must turn through.
• Pump housing must be in tact.
• The woodruff key or splines on shaft are not damaged.

Steering Gear Boxes:

Used cores will be accepted for full credit with the following criteria:

• Core credit is given on a same gearbox exchange basis.(Core substitution is at the discretion of Power Steer Inc.)
• Gear must turn through end to end and not be locked up or binding.
• Housing must be in tact with no cracks or visible damage.
• Input and output shafts cannot be welded, twisted or sheared off.
• Input and output shafts must rotate simultaneously from end to end.
• Core must be fully assembled.
Fan Clutches:
• Core credit is given on a same fan clutch exchange basis.(Core substitution is at the discretion of Power Steer Inc.)
• Must be complete and assembled.
• Housing must be in tact with no cracks or visible damage.
• No chipped or damaged pulley assemblies.
• Mounting bracket must be in tact with no breaks or welds.
• Pulley must spin freely, not locked up.
